wine by the glass will be sold or you can also buy bottles or slushies
6:45 pm - dinner is put out by the pavilion and should be picked up by 7:30.
7:00 pm - The band starts

Please reserve and order ahead of time on form provided.
Wine bar available, soft drinks and snacks may be brought in but no other alcoholic beverages.
Lawn chairs and blankets may be brought in. Locals can bring extras. Note: if you want to order dinner from the caterer you must call them by Thursday night at 913-488-0435.

First check in point for registration will be held in the vicinity of the bandstand on the lawn of the court house on the corner of Park and Cherry Streets beginning at 4 PM and will continue until 7:00. Look for the table to receive your name tag,t-shirt, brochures and further information about events.
At 7:00 PM we will meet at Austins Bar and Grill for an informal evening of socializing and eating. This event is pay on your own . We have reserved the back room where there are games, tables, food and drinks!
9:00 AM Registration continues- Historical society/Alumni booth Old Settlers
Begin work on the float; location to be determined.
Note: We need volunteers to help with the float, especially some locals to help
assemble decorations prior to this date. Let us know if you can help!!

Introductory letter...We missed our 40th, so let's have a great turn out for the big 5-0!!! We are planning events to take place over Old Settlers in September, allowing plenty of time for everyone to mark your calendars! The committee has been having a great time getting together and brainstorming ideas for lots of fun and opportunities for everyone to re-connect.
You may attend all or select events on the schedule. Registration fee includes costs for mailings, a T-shirt, and printing costs. Please print and mail back the registration form you received in the mail or that is attached here with your payment information as soon as possible. Also fill out the questionnaire
and return so we can put together a booklet about everyone.
Registration fee: $10.00 per person
Deadline for all payment and registration for events: August 2, 2013.

We are hoping all the locals will come by and say hello and that there will be some new friends come this year! Come and stay as long as you like, visit, watch football, imbibe or have dinner!!!
